    模板工程施工方案

    一、工程概況

    融創·云麓長林工程由貴陽瀚翔房地產置業有限公司投資開發建設,位于貴陽市白云區。本工程由地下2、3車庫、地上由19棟高層住宅樓、5棟多層商業及配套公用建筑組成。

    總建筑面積:222126.66m2 下車庫面積:61225.4m2;地上建筑面積:160901.26m2;

    第一批A1#樓、A9#樓、A10#樓、A15#樓標準層樓層層高為3米,屋面層層高3.02米。

    本工程建設單位:貴陽瀚翔房地產置業有限公司;

    設計單位:重慶長安安基建筑設計有限公司

    監理單位:

    本工程A1#樓、A6#樓A17#樓標準層使用鋼支撐體系。

    本方案針對鋼支撐施工編制。

    二、編制依據 

    2.1、 總包提供本工程第一版電子版藍圖。

    2.2、融創西南區域集團深化鋼支撐體系應用標準。(2019年10月)

    2.3、公司有關工藝標準。

    三、施工工藝參數

         本工程標準層層高為3m,剪力墻截面200mm、250mm、300mm,柱截面400mm*400mm。本工程結構形式為框剪,計劃計算參數形式如下
